Chagrin
& Green Retail
Beachwood, Ohio
Designed to house three or four tenants, the
7,500 square foot building is sited on a four-acre corner parcel
of land to maximize visibility from the street and to allow
the required number of parking spaces to fit the property. |

The
exterior image was created to be more “up-scale”
than typical strip shopping centers without greatly increasing
construction costs. This was achieved by using a palette of
brick, stone, steel and glass. |

Elegant
exposed steel and frosted glass canopies highlight the tenant
entrances, while the aluminum storefront doors, sidelights and
windows are finished in a light bronze, giving them an unusual,
contemporary appearance. |
