Alan Fodor began his association with HGF in 1976 as a specifications consultant and became a full-time staff member that same year. As a Certified Class II Plans Examiner in the State of Ohio, Mr. Fodor has specific expertise in providing code analysis and interpretation. He is especially skilled in the management of projects with complicated technical criteria, historic preservation/renovation projects and retail architecture.
Mr. Fodor, who obtained a B.Arch. from Case Western Reserve University in 1968, is a frequent instructor on Construction Planning and Management at Cleveland State University and served as Building Commissioner for the City of Parma Heights for over fourteen years. He is also a national and regional Member of the Building Officials Conference and is a Member of the American Institute of Architects.
