As Project Architect for numerous Herman Gibans Fodor, Inc. projects, Mr. DiFrancesco has demonstrated exceptional design and organizational skills in the development of complicated projects. Dave was the chief designer for the national award winning Bruening Health Center at Judson Park Retirement Community, Kethley House at Benjamin Rose Place and The Gardens of McGregor and Amasa Stone. He also was the design architect for the $32 Million Progressive Call Center in Tampa, Florida.

Dave became a Principal of the firm in 2000 after being an Associate since 1993. He received his B.Arch. from Ball State University, and completed advanced studies in Residential Environments for the Elderly and Design for the Frail Elderly and for People with Alzheimer’s at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
