This new structure also serves as an internal link between two existing buildings on site. The program of this new addition includes nursing and assisted living care beds, as well as public spaces including a centralized service kitchen, worship chapel, multi-purpose room, and renovated therapy center.     The building's exterior compliments the adjacent buildings on the Marymount Healthcare Campus, including the Marymount Congregational Home, an historic Italianate edifice. Its adornment includes a cultured stone veneer, hip roofs, and accents of stately trim.     The building's engagement with the existing hillside allows for panoramic views of rolling landscape and picturesque vistas. Residents can be found enjoying the landscape from their quarters as well as from the two exclusive courtyards formed by the new building.
