Heritage Manor Youngstown, Ohio Heritage Manor is a skilled nursing facility located in Youngstown, Ohio. The seventy-eight bed facility refreshed its image with a complete interior modernization. Areas of improvements included resident common spaces, corridors, and residential rooms.     Installation of new lighting fixtures, detailed finishes, patterned flooring and contemporary textiles upgraded the existing spaces. In common areas, these improvements created welcoming environments for residents and their families. In the resident lounge, a new window wall allows day light into the space and adjacent corridors, while at the same time providing access and views to an existing courtyard.     Reconfigurations of space and privacy were also considered. The therapy suite now includes designated areas for physical and occupational therapy, as well as therapy for daily living. The remodeling of the existing entrance lobby facilitates circulation with a new slip resistance surface. New furniture, finishes, and lighting create a more welcoming experience and signal the buildings enhanced image and extensive improvement.
